BOWLING ONLY POLICIES

 

 

 

THE RESERVATION

  •          Two lanes for up to 10 guests.         

  • ·       1 1/4 hour of Bowling

  •          Free pitchers of soda (equivalent to number of lanes rented)

  •          Free shoe rental

  •          Additional lanes may be booked for an additional fee 

 

 

BOOKING ADDITIONAL LANES:  If you have more than 10 guests, you will need additional lanes.  Limit: 5 guests per lane.  Keep in mind there is only one table with 4 chairs per lane…so if you have a lot of non-bowling guests, you may need additional lanes to accommodate the space and seating of your entire group.  Please be aware that there may be other bowlers on the lanes right next to you. 

If you rent additional lanes (above the minimal two lane requirement) and the day of the party you find that you don't need one of your additional lanes, you can downsize one of your additional lanes, at no charge.  All other lanes you will be held financially accountable.

 

DEPOSIT/CANCELATION/OTHER
       ·  A $40 deposit is required to secure your lanes.  The deposit will be applied to final payment.
       ·  The deposit must be received within 3 days of your booking or your reservation will be released.
       ·  The deposit is withheld if you cancel your party the day of the event or if you are a no show.
       ·   OUTSIDE VENDORS OR OTHER ENTERTAINMENT ARE NOT ALLOWED..    (This includes any party-themed costumed characters).

CHECK IN

  • Arrive at least five minutes prior to reservation to check in.
  • The balance due for your reservation is due upon check in. 
  • The front desk person will inform you what lanes you are assigned.
  • If you arrive after your reservation time, your lanes are not guaranteed and may be released.

BOWLING

  • No more than 5 guests per lane.
  • Bumper lanes are recommended for those 10 years and younger. 
  • All bowlers must wear bowling shoes.
  • Please follow all safety warnings posted to prevent injuries.
  • The bowling begins 15 minutes after the reservation time or when the first ball is thrown, whichever occurs first.  The bowling time is continuous and can’t be “paused”.

 

OTHER GUIDELINES

·        An adult must be present at all times during the party.

·        This is a bowling only party.  Therefore, no birthday cake or cake substitute is allowed.

·         OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ARE NOT ALLOWED.

·         If you bring in gifts, the gift opening must be done within your bowling time at the lane area.

·         At the end of your party, please clean up.

 

CAFÉ SERVICES

  • The café offers special pricing to birthday parties for food.
