Quick recap of the final stair step match:
George and Eddie had a very close match. In the 8th frame there was a 3 pin difference between the two bowlers. In the 10th frame, if Eddie would have struck out, he would have locked George out. Eddie produced the first 2 strikes and on his final ball, needing 9 or better to win, came light and left an 8 count. This left George needing 3 strikes to tie the match. To Eddie's disappointment, that is exactly what George did!
TIE MATCH - 9th and 10th Frame Roll-off!!
Eddie was first to bowl and on his first ball, came heavy on the headpin, leaving a big four split.
After converting 2 pins, his tenth frame was a strike and 9 / for a 28 total.
George was able to produce a 9 / and 3 strikes for the win scoring 50 total.
